What is a Public Adjuster?
A Public Adjuster is a licensed insurance professional who works for the policyholder (you) — not the insurance company — to help manage and negotiate insurance claims.
Why would someone retain a Public Adjuster?
Public Adjusters help ensure your insurance claim is properly documented, accurately valued, and fairly paid — especially when the loss is large or complicated.
How is the Public Adjuster paid?
The fee is success-based. That means no fee is due unless we’re able to successfully settle your claim. No upfront retainers, no surprise invoices — our goal is to negotiate with the insurance carrier to obtain a fair settlement that fully indemnifies you for the losses you’ve incurred.
Is your company insured?
We are fully insured and bonded in each state that we operate in. We’re insurance professionals and understand the importance of compliance.
What if my claim is denied?
A denial can be difficult. However, most of our clients come to us with denied claims and we’ve been incredibly successful in obtaining favorable settlements after a denial was issued. If there is damage associated with a covered peril, we’ll work hard to ensure the insurance company acknowledges it and pays what is owed.
